JENNIFER CIMEUS, Administrative Assistant – Jennifer is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned her degree in Economics with great honors, Magna Cum Laude. While at USF, she participated as a Research Assistant. After her undergraduate studies, she began working at a law firm while taking time to further her education. Jennifer is currently studying for the LSAT in order to apply to law school.
MATHEW COURTNEY, Law Clerk – Mathew is a third-year law student and a candidate for Juris Doctor in May 2022. During his time in law school, he worked in both private practice and for the judiciary. Prior to law school, he studied Political Science and Broadcast and Cinematic Arts at Central Michigan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts. Other past experience includes time as a Committee Page for the Minnesota House of Representatives, an internship at Walt Disney World, and a spring-training season as a Bat Boy for The Atlanta Braves.
AMBER RAMSEY, Administrative Assistant – Amber graduated from the University of Central Florida, majoring in Political Science Pre-Law, followed by two minors: Terrorism Studies and Intelligence and National Security. She is continuing her education in UCF’s Political Science Master’s Program. During her time in undergrad, she was a peer mentor in the Achieve Program for first-time-in-college freshmen students. She is an active volunteer for the American Legion, which is a not-for-profit organization that supports veterans and children. Raised in Tampa, Florida, Amber enjoys kayaking and taking her dog for nature trail runs.
